Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

 

Q: What couriers do you ship with?

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS
International orders are shipped via DHL.

 

Q: What size should I order?

All our items are listed in men's sizes unless specified otherwise. To ensure the perfect fit, please check the size charts available on each product page.

 

Q: How should I wash my items?

Our clothing is pre-shrunk for a comfortable fit, even after washing. Due to the garment-dyed process, colors may bleed slightly during the first few washes. To avoid any color transfer, we recommend washing your items separately initially and with similar colors thereafter.

  

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

-If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.

  • USA Returns: Please visit our Return page.
  • International Returns: to process an international return, please email info@timelessalways.com with your order number or full name in the subject line.
  • Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.
  • After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

 

Q. Will I be charged customs?

We assure you that there will be no extra fees for duties or taxes at checkout.

Q. How long is the shop open for?

We pride ourselves on offering exclusive and unique products. Once they're sold out, our site will close until new items become available.

 

Q. Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

To minimize shipping costs, we ship all items in your order together.

Q. Can I combine orders?

For a smoother order process, please place all items in a single order. Due to high demand, we cannot combine multiple orders. Thank you for understanding.

 

Q: Can I modify an order once I've placed it?

We receive a large number of orders, so we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order. However, you can always email us at info@timelessAlways, and we will try our best to assist you with any modifications.

 

Q. Why has someone received their order and I haven’t?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Customers in Canada and the US can generally expect faster delivery than those in other regions like Asia, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand.

We usually deliver domestic orders within 4-9 business days and international orders within 10-25 business days.

 

Q. Will certain items ever be restocked?

At our store, we thrive on keeping things fresh and unique! If you spot something you love, seize the opportunity—once sold out, we usually do not reintroduce past items. However, if there’s strong demand for a particular product, we may bring it back just for you!
